Review and Feedback
Greetings Bloggers. I'm currently completing an education course on assessment and reporting. I am hoping to get feedback on the sample formative assessment item below.

Hey Annette. This is a well constructed piece of formative assessment. In particular I liked that you bolded and underlined the Assessable Elements from the Queensland Curriculum, so that they are easily identifiable for students. The task also incorporates higher order thinking skills as per Bloom's Taxonomy which will stimulate and challenge the students. One question though, what grade is this assessment aimed at? I am guessing middle phase of schooling?

ReplyDeleteHey Andrew! Thanks for the review and feedback. You are correct. I was planning on using this formative assessment for a Year 9 Home Economics class.
